Partner Yoga is a healing art in which two people practice yoga postures with emphasis on breath and communication. Explore a deeper connection through your movement in a safe and playful environment. Together as partners, practice assisting, flowing, and an introduction to Acro Yoga. The goal of partner yoga is to learn a light-hearted flow that strengthens balance, support, and trust in any relationship.
Any two participants are welcome to take part in Partner Yoga. It is not for couples only, so bring a friend or a relative. It is accessible to all levels.
Partners Yoga Classes
I offer Partner Yoga workshops and am also available for private events. I typically work with another Yoga instructor to facilitate class instruction.
